While it took us a while to get there (choosing couples grief counseling first), Support Groups have proved to be invaluable to us for our ability to deal with the grief and sadness of loss, and has enabled us to move forward in the healing process. It is a safe place, where you’re surrounded by others who “just get it.” No judgement. No weird looks. Just support and the ability to talk freely.
